Last night at Shogai Gakushu Centre, in Ashikaga,
I had the pleasure of sharing a new recipe with my "Cookery in English" class.
In the class I explained and showed how to make Chicken Paprikash, a Hungarian dish. I looked at alternative recipes to what I normally make and I'm glad I did. It was a richer meal for the changes that I made.
Thank you to everyone who came along, listened to and spoke English and made my dinner! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
Next time we will be making a Banana Loaf, a simple banana sponge which is great for a snack or as a dessert.
